HAZMAT Australia | Asbestos SA was launched in 2015 when director, Andrew Butler, finally summoned up the courage to go it alone after 18 years’ experience in the asbestos trade.
Andrew is an industry recognized Senior Asbestos Consultant with expertise drawn from working in an array of sectors from manufacturing, mining, agriculture, health, utilities, commercial construction, facility and property management through to housing.
Andrew is a:
- Licensed Asbestos Assessor,
- holds a Builder’s Supervisor’s Licence (restricted), and
- has Asbestos Removal Supervisor experience and qualifications.
He has a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Certification in Workplace Training and has been the Secretary for the Association of Building Consultants for the past 6 or so years.
